I had a problem where my license plates seemed to disappear at Vermont DMV. I spoke to a woman named Barb and she said she would look into personally. (You have to understand, I was born and raised in Jersey and our motor vehicle division is the butt of many legitimate jokes . I was once in line at NJDMV and there was another gentleman in line in front of me. When it was his turn they they would not allow him to renew his license because the corner on his 50-year-old birth certificate was bent.) Three days after I talked to Barb I got my plates in the mail and I actually called her to say thanks because , if you grew up in Jersey it's not something you're used to.
I went to DMV they screwed up so I got charged and then refunded and charged again so the money was taken from my card twice while I was there but I have to wait 4 days for my refund and it was THEIR screw up that is some total BS I hate dealing with state offices the only good part of it was that the people that work there r very nice the way things r done just SUCK
Today we had the most polite, courteous, and friendly woman get us in and out of the VT DMV in Montpelier! Her name was Tammy in Cubical #9. She made us feel very welcomed and did everything very efficiently! She made our experience fun and we left with smiles on our faces. She's a great asset and was honored to be helped by her. I've never met anyone so friendly working at the DMV in my life!!
Had a hard time getting through to them over the phone but very helpful. Especially compared to Illinois DMV
