Hannah listened to my specific issues with my shoulder/neck/arm- she knew that I was coming to her with advanced signs of tension/stress along with some acute issues. In just two appointments, I am feeling much better and know that maintenance with someone like Hannah who "listens" to what your muscles are telling you is key, along with my commitment to continue to allow my body to heal. Although I don't have an illness such as cancer, I can tell you when your body is stressed enough to show itself in the way of pain, it's just as crucial to find the proper massage therapist to guide you back to your whole self. I have found that person in Hannah. The warm massage table in the winter is fabulous too. :-)
