The biggest pro for us was the on sight crew who completed our home, they were fabulous, easy to work with and understanding. The Fecteau family team has been responsive to our concerns and has been working with us to resolve them, it reassuring to know they back their product. We were able to truly customize our home to meet our needs and taste, our home truly looks like one of a kind and we love it.

2016 I started to do some research in purchasing a new mobile home. I had called a visited a couple places. I had a great response from Fecteau Homes. My son and I decided to take a drive down to Montpelier to check them out. Upon entering the office we were greeted by Ashley. Right from the begin she was there for us with any silly question we had. She meet with me a couple times to help in desinging my place just the way I wanted it. When the day came for my place to be set up. Lee and all the crew worked so hard to get everything just right. When it comes to any issues they return my calls in a timely manner and come to help resolve any issue. Thank you so much everyone at Fecteau for making my dream of a new home happen. I found Fecteau Homes when I didn't have a good feeling about another modular home dealer and I'm so thankful I went there instead. My experience with Fecteau was so good with the first house I bought, I bought another one 6 years later. People comment all the time how much they like it. Dan and I worked together to design the perfect Floorplan and after living here for 9 years, I have no regrets. Best Modular dealer around.
