We have been using ADT for 7 years at our store, no complaints but we never talked to a single person since installation. Jesse came in and consulted with us which was very professionally done with no pressure. We made the switch and are paying the same rate per month. Both Jesse and Mike were very knowledgeable and professional during the installation process. They even noticed some flaws in our setup and gave us new options to better secure out store and inventory.
I had an event three days ago and I was so scared that it would happen again. I needed an estimate to replace an existing system that was destroyed in a power surge. It was an old system that required some time and expertise to figure out, which they did graciously and with great care. I will definitely use them when the time comes to do the replacement, hopefully in the very near future.
