In and out with no issues...

Thank you again, will be back for future auto repairs!

Work: 5 stars. Service: 0 stars. Average to 2 stars for now. 12/13/2017 - Picked up car from shop. Appears to be in good working order, but TPMS light is still on. Will update in a few more days as I think it will resolve itself. Anyway, paid the deductible on my repairs. 15 minutes later at the store I see a coupon for $100 off the deductible in the paper that came out that day. I called them, and since I had already paid, I'm told that I can't use the coupon. Dan was aware of the coupon being there, and the paper that had it was in the waiting room for their business. The part I have a problem with: "Obviously, I wasn't going to tell you about it", he said.

Have used this Auto Repair Shop twice and been fully satisfied each time. Quick and quality repairs, welcoming staff, and honest pricing.

Update: Work: 1 star. Service: 1 star. 1/2/2018 - Called Woodbury on 12/14 stating that the car shook violently at 60MPH, and that the back part behind the mud flap on the right rear tire was full of holes. Both passenger tires had completely come off of the rim during the incident, which per my mechanic, made the car not safe to drive (the back right wheel was bent and needed to be replaced). I had told this to the insurance company when I first reported the accident, but it was overlooked by two adjusters and Woodbury themselves. Woodbury had the car for over a week and didn't notice either of these issues, even though they did body work to repair damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. Had to send the car back for additional work to fix these things, which took about a week. The repair to the holes behind the right rear mudflap consisted of tacking a flimsy guard over the holes...so, not a repair of the piece that was damaged, but a shield over the top of it. I'm not a car guy, but it that seems to be more of a band-aid than a repair. I digress. Anyway, as of 1/2, the car still shakes at 60MPH, but not as violently as before. I'm taking it into my usual shop on 1/5 to see what's going on. The employees have been nicer, but still wouldn't honor the coupon when I went back to pick up my car after Christmas for the second round of repairs. The coupon specifically said $100 towards your deductible at any time, but Dan was really not interested in honoring it. "You're the only person who's brought it in." "I can't honor this, because then I would have to honor it for everybody." "I know it says 'any time' on there, but you already paid, so I can't do anything about it. I'll talk to the front office to get them to remove the 'any time' from the coupon." "I had no idea the coupon was going to be running in the paper when you first came in," which is a direct contradiction of what he told me before when he said that he knew, but was "obviously not going to tell me about it."
