Citizens bank will take money out of your account illegally - call it a fee - and when you complain, they don't respond. I lost 200$ to this bank in illegal fees. My family and friends have had similar experiences. "Free" checking means they are free to take your money.
Citizens is a horrible bank1 If you write your kid a check for his /her birthday they will charge 7 dollars for them to cash it, more if it over a hunderd plus your fingerprints!
